It works fine but I was expecting it to look a little sharper, it’s not terrible or anything, just kind of okay and could definitely be clearer...

I tried to return my order, it started off seeming like it would be simple. But this is where it got annoying: the instructions weren’t clear, the replies took forever, and I kept feeling like I had to figure out the next step on my own. By the end, I was just frustrated because a basic return shouldn’t have been that much of a headache

I felt like I was waiting forever for my order to show up, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I emailed customer service to ask what was going on, but the replies felt like they were written by robots and didn’t really answer my question. Frustrating experience overall

The scope was pretty much exactly as described, so I didn’t run into any surprises. I just wish the photos showed the stand a little more clearly, but overall it matched the listing well.

I actually like the microscope itself, but the software from amscope.com was kind of a headache. It feels outdated, and a few of the buttons weren’t really obvious, so I kept second-guessing what I was supposed to click.

For the price, I think the magnification is good. The image stays clear when you zoom in, though once you get to the higher power, it does start to look a bit dimmer. Not a dealbreaker for me, just something I noticed while using it.

I got my microscope from Amscope, and to be fair, it does work. But right away it just gave me the impression that the build quality wasn’t great. The focus knob feels a little loose, and one of the lenses had a small mark on it, which was disappointing. Maybe I’m assuming too much from how it feels, but for the price, I really expected something sturdier and cleaner. Shipping was totally fine, so no issue there, I’m just not very happy with the overall quality of the product...

I’ve seen the same stuff cheaper on other sites, so it’s hard not to feel like they’re marking things up for no real reason. When I asked support about it, the reply was basically, “our prices reflect our service and quality,” which didn’t really explain much. I’m not saying it’s a terrible place to shop, but I’d definitely compare prices before buying.

The box had plenty of padding, so nothing showed up broken. it was packed good, just maybe a little too much tape for my liking.

My snap judgment? There’s a really good selection here, maybe even a little too much to take in at first. I definitely felt a bit overwhelmed, but in a good way.
